About the role

The HSE Officer will implement project HSE procedures, conduct toolbox talks and inspections, monitor permit-to-work activities, record observations and support incident investigations. The role requires a visible field presence and confident engagement with employees, contractors and client representatives.

Requirements

• HND or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years' HSE experience on construction or oil and gas projects
• Recognized HSE certification such as NEBOSH, ISPON or equivalent
• Working knowledge of permit-to-work, risk assessment and incident investigation
• Valid BOSIET certification is an advantage

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will coordinate engineering deliverables, contractors, schedules and technical interfaces across brownfield and greenfield assignments. The successful candidate will work closely with project controls, procurement, construction and HSE teams, prepare progress reports, manage technical queries and support client reviews through project close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant oil and gas project experience
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes, project controls and construction interfaces
• COREN registration and PMP certification are an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder communication, reporting and leadership skills

About the role

The Procurement & Expediting Specialist will manage requests for quotation, commercial evaluations, purchase orders and vendor documentation for project materials and equipment. The role will track manufacturing and delivery milestones, coordinate inspections, maintain procurement status reports and proactively resolve schedule risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' procurement or expediting experience in oil and gas or industrial projects
• Experience with technical bid evaluations, vendor qualification and logistics coordination
• Strong negotiation, data analysis and supplier relationship skills
• Professional procurement certification is an advantage
